All data supplied by a User will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
To register an Account on the VenCat system a User must supply a valid email address. The supplied email address will be used to verify the User's identity.
The supplied email address, together with registration data, will be used to verify the User’s identity. Any Party that is suspected of providing false or misleading information will be removed from the VenCat platform.
Startup and Expert users must purchase a Subscription to display Public and Private Data and to communicate with other Users on the VenCat site.
Other Users will only have access to a User’s Private Data after confirmation by the User.
By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions you agree to receiving occasional messages (by email or your stated preferred method of communication) detailing changes and updates to the VenCat platform or advising, for example, a temporary system shut down to enable the VenCat Server to be updated.
If you UNSUBSCRIBE from VenCat your data will not be visible to other VenCat users.
If you choose to LEAVE VenCat all your data, including Public and General data, will be removed from the system.
Your data, as appropriate, will be removed from the VenCat Server within 5 (five) business days after your request has been received by the VenCat Administration. Your data will no longer be held on backup copies (held for disaster recovery purposes) after a period of 28 (twenty eight) business days after your request has been received by the VenCat Administration.
