Purchasing Policy

Users may use the VenCat site free of charge. However, Startup and Expert users must take out a Subscription if they wish to display Private Data on the VenCat site and communicate with other Users.

Subscriptions are either paid monthly by Credit Card or via an in-App purchase and will continue indefinitely until cancelled by the User. Users paying via the VenCat website are directed to a page on the Worldpay site which will hold their credit card details. No credit card details are held by VenCat.

When a User cancels a subscription the cancellation is effective at the end of the current period. No refund will be given unless a payment has been taken on the VenCat website in error after a subscription was cancelled. In that case the credit card which was used to make the payment will be credited.

The current monthly Price for a subscription is either displayed on the Subscription tab of the VenCat web site or in the Subscription tab of the App. If we increase the price of the monthly subscription we will inform you in advance and give you the opportunity to cancel it if you do not wish to pay the increased price.

We may offer Users a Trial Subscription. At the end of the trial period the User will be billed at the normal current subscription price unless the User cancels the subscription.

A User can cancel a Subscription by selecting UNSUBSCRIBE on the VenCat web page

or cancelling their subscription within the App.
